Environmental Monitoring
At Maui Environmental Consulting, LLC (MEC) no project is too big or too small. We have conducted environmental impact assessments, construction monitoring, listed species surveys and collected environmental data for a wide array of projects.

Water Resources
MEC has extensive experience with marine and aquatic resources including work relating to watersheds, water quality monitoring, wetland delineations, Total Maximum Daily Loads, Numeric Nutrient Criteria, and surficial aquifer assessments. We are proficient in surface water grab sampling, stream habitat assessments, as well as periphyton and macroinvertebrate sampling.
Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
We offer a wide variety of GIS services including, GPS data collection and map making, aerial imagery interpretation, Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and geoprocessing.
Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans
MEC has an extensive background in the creation and implementation of Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans(SWPPP). We also update Site Specific Construction Best Management Practice Plans to comply with the new SWPPP requirements.
Listed and Invasive Species Surveys
MEC conducts both listed and invasive species surveys. We are proficient in small mammal trapping, bird surveys, and herptofaunal surveys.
